All-on-4 Implant Technique: Permanent Solution for Total Tooth Loss

You are not condemned to removable dentures. Discover the All-on-4 technique with Dr. Ozan Öztürk and smile freely by getting your fixed teeth on the same day.

Restart Your Life with the All-on-4 Technique

Total tooth loss is a condition that deeply affects not only chewing function but also a person's self-confidence and social life. For years, I have heard my patients say, "Doctor, I am tired of using dentures, I want fixed teeth now, but my bone has melted." This is where All-on-4 comes in as a miraculous solution.

What is All-on-4?

As the name suggests, All-on-4 is a technique where only 4 implants are placed in a completely edentulous jaw, and all teeth are fixed onto these implants.

While traditional implant treatment often requires 6-8 implants; in the All-on-4 technique, back implants are placed at an angle to avoid anatomical obstacles like nerve canals and sinus cavities. What does this provide? The ability to perform implants without the need for bone grafting, even in patients with advanced bone loss.

Why Should You Choose All-on-4?

  1. Teeth in a Day: This is perhaps its biggest advantage. You can come to our clinic in the morning with no teeth or loose teeth and leave in the evening with fixed temporary teeth.
  2. Less Surgery, Lower Cost: Since there is no need for bone grafting surgeries and sinus lifting procedures, surgical trauma is reduced, and costs are lower.
  3. High Aesthetics and Comfort: Since the palate area remains open (in the upper jaw), your sense of taste is not affected, and you do not experience nausea. Your speech and eating become natural.

How Does the Treatment Process Work?

At Master Smile Studio, the All-on-4 process proceeds as follows:

  • Detailed Planning: We examine your jawbone with millimeter precision using 3D Tomography (CBCT).
  • Surgery Day: Under local anesthesia (or optional sedation), any teeth that need to be extracted are removed, and implants are placed in the same session.
  • Temporary Prosthesis: Measurements are taken immediately after the surgical procedure, and temporary fixed prostheses custom-made for you are fitted within a few hours.
  • Healing and Permanent Teeth: We wait 3 months for the bone to fuse with the implant. At the end of this period, your permanent, aesthetic teeth made of zirconium or hybrid materials are fitted.

This treatment restores not only your teeth but also your quality of life.
